Drinks

Cocktails, low-ABV and zero-proof drinks. Each one carries a spec card — method, glass, ice, garnish — and sits under one style, and the style is what teaches the drink: learn the ratio once and every drink in it follows.

  • Sour — spirit, citrus, sweet; shaken, served up.
  • Collins — a sour lengthened with soda, tall, on ice.
  • Stirred — spirit-forward, no juice; stirred, served up.
  • Built — made in the glass it is served in.
  • Highball — one spirit, a long mixer, lots of ice.
  • Batch — a pitcher or a pot, made ahead for a table.

Two more cut across the styles: low-ABV (a wine-strength base) and zero-proof (no alcohol at all).

What can I make with these?
