Red sangria on Spanish wine with orange juice and orange liqueur, plus apple, citrus and berries. It rests overnight so the fruit has time to steep.

1 green apple (Granny Smith), cored and chopped
1 orange, thinly sliced, then quartered
1 lemon or lime, thinly sliced
1/3 cup raspberries or sliced strawberries
1 bottle Spanish red wine (Tempranillo, Garnacha or Rioja)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 to 1/2 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier) or brandy

Instructions

1.
Put the apple, orange, lemon or lime, and berries in a large pitcher. Pour in the wine, orange juice and orange liqueur and stir.

Chill overnight, or up to 24 hours for the most fruit-infused flavor, then pour over ice.
