2 oz sake (Gekkeikan)
2 oz green tea, cold-brewed
1/4 oz cucumber syrup (Toschi)
Club soda, to top
Instructions
Reset
1.
Fill a tall glass with ice.
2.
Add the sake, green tea and cucumber syrup.
3.
Top with club soda and stir gently.
4.
Cold-brewed green tea
1.
Steep a tablespoon of loose green tea in a cup of cold water in the fridge for six to eight hours.

Strain. Cold brewing keeps green tea sweet and grassy; hot water makes it bitter.
