Elderflower Tonic (A Couple Cooks)

Equal parts elderflower liqueur and vodka with lemon and a couple of dashes of bitters, stirred cold, then lengthened with tonic rather than soda.

Ingredients

Multiply

1 oz vodka or gin
1 oz elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 dashes aromatic bitters (Angostura)
4 oz tonic water

Instructions

1.
Stir the vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and bitters with a handful of ice until cold.

Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with the tonic water and stir gently.
