2 oz sake (Gekkeikan)
1/2 oz cucumber syrup (Toschi)
1/4 oz elderflower syrup (Toschi)
Squeeze of lime juice
Club soda, to top
Instructions
Reset
1.
Fill a tall glass or wine glass with ice.
2.
Add the sake, both syrups and the lime juice.
3.
Top with club soda and stir gently.

Variations
1.
Mango ginger: swap the syrups for 1/2 oz mango syrup and 1/4 oz ginger syrup, and garnish with a lime wedge.
