Ingredients

2 oz gin
1 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau) or triple sec
1 oz lemon juice
1 egg white

Instructions

Shake the gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice and egg white without ice for a few seconds.

Add ice and shake again until cold.
3.
Strain into a cocktail glass; the foam will collect on top.
