Blended watermelon and lime juice poured over jalapeño-infused tequila for a naturally sweet, lightly spicy summer margarita with no added sugar.

Garnish: lime slices

Ingredients

Multiply

1/2 cup blanco tequila
1 small jalapeño pepper (thinly sliced, optional)
5 cups cut watermelon
1/2 cup lime juice
lime wedge and coarse salt, for the rim (optional)

Instructions

1.
Salt the rims of the glasses with lime and coarse salt, if using.
2.
Combine the tequila with the jalapeño slices and let infuse, if using.
3.
Blend the watermelon with the lime juice and a handful of ice until smooth.
4.
Pour the watermelon juice into the glasses and stir in the tequila.
