Ingredients

Multiply

2 oz vodka
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 to 1 oz simple syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters (Angostura)
1 egg white

Instructions

1.
Shake the vodka, lemon juice, syrup, bitters and egg white without ice for 15 seconds.
2.
Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds.
3.
Strain into a glass over ice, letting the foam collect on top.
