4 mint leaves
8 oz (1 cup) ginger beer
2 oz (1/4 cup) sparkling water
1 1/2 oz (3 tablespoons) lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions

Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of the mug for about 5 seconds.

Fill the mug halfway with ice, then add the ginger beer, sparkling water, lime juice and maple syrup. Give it a stir.
