Vesper (The Kitchn)

A lighter Vesper, scaled down from Bond's original to 2 oz gin, 1 oz vodka and 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc, shaken hard and strained into a chilled glass.

Garnish: lemon peel

Ingredients

Multiply

2 oz gin
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz Lillet Blanc

Instructions

1.
Chill a martini glass or coupe in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 5 minutes.
2.
Fill a shaker halfway with ice, add the gin, vodka and Lillet Blanc, and shake until the outside of the shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
3.
Strain into the chilled glass.
