Ingredients

2 oz Cognac (VS or VSOP)
1 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau)
1 oz lemon juice

Instructions

1.
If sugaring the rim, run a notched lemon wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass and dip it in a plate of superfine sugar.
2.
Shake all the ingredients with a handful of ice until cold.
3.
Strain into the prepared glass.
