Ingredients

Multiply

flaky sea salt, for the rim
1 1/2 oz gin
3 oz grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon simple syrup or maple syrup
lime wedge, for the rim

Instructions

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass, then dip the rim in flaky sea salt.

Shake the gin, grapefruit juice, and syrup with ice until cold.

Strain into the salted glass over ice.
