Ingredients

Multiply

2 cucumber slices
2 oz Pimm's No. 1
4 oz sparkling lemonade, ginger beer or ginger ale
1/2 oz lemon juice, optional

Instructions

Muddle a cucumber slice in a mixing glass.

Add the Pimm's and a handful of ice, then stir until cold.
3.
Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the sparkling lemonade or ginger beer.
