Ingredients

Multiply

1 oz lime juice
2 oz grapefruit juice
1/4 teaspoon honey or simple syrup
1/4 teaspoon pickle brine
3 oz tonic water (or grapefruit soda)

Instructions

In the rimmed glass, stir the lime juice, grapefruit juice, honey and pickle brine until the honey dissolves.
