Ingredients

6 oz hot coffee
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey (Jameson)
Sweetened whipped cream, whipped to soft peaks

Instructions

1.
Brew the coffee and whip the cream to soft peaks.
2.
Pour the coffee into the mug, leaving about an inch at the top for the cream. Stir in the sugar and whiskey until the sugar dissolves.
3.
Gently float the cream on top over the back of a spoon.
