A dirty martini with a hefty splash of green olive brine, as much brine as vermouth against 2 1/2 oz of cold gin or vodka.

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz gin or vodka, preferably chilled
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz green olive brine

Instructions

1.
Chill a martini glass or coupe in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 5 minutes.
2.
Stir the gin, vermouth and olive brine with enough ice to half-fill the shaker or mixing glass, vigorously, until chilled, about 30 seconds.
3.
Strain into the chilled glass.
