Cucumber Martini (A Couple Cooks)

Vodka and dry vermouth shaken with muddled cucumber and a half ounce of elderflower liqueur, served up and cool.

Ingredients

Multiply

2 slices cucumber, cut 1/8 inch thick
2 oz vodka
1/2 oz dry white vermouth
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)

Instructions

Gently muddle the cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker to release their juice.
2.
Add the vodka, vermouth and elderflower liqueur, fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds, until cold.
3.
Strain into a martini glass.
