Ingredients: 1 lemon wedge; 1 lime wedge; 4 oz tomato juice; 2 oz vodka; 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish; 2 dashes hot sauce; 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce; Black pepper

For the rim, if you like: rub the lemon and lime wedges around the rim of a tall glass and dip it in a plate of celery salt. Fill the glass with ice.

Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a cocktail shaker and drop them in. Add the tomato juice, vodka, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, a grind of pepper and ice, and shake well.

Strain into the prepared glass.
