Simple wonton wrappers

300 grams flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
160 grams water

Reset
Mix everything together to form a rough dough.
Let rest for 30 minutes.
Finish kneading until it becomes a smooth ball.
Let rest for another 30 minutes.
Roll on biggest setting on a pasta machine, then fold and repeat. Once there is very little rolling resistance, move to a smaller setting.
Rinse and repeat until you have reached the desired thickness. The smallest setting works great on my pasta machine.
