1. Coleslaw

   1. Add the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl.
   2. Whisk together until fully combined.
   3. Add in the coleslaw mix and stir well to combine.

2. Wrap assembly

   1. Place your shredded pulled pork into a big pot.
   2. Then heat the pot up until the pork is warm.
   3. Pour about 4 tablespoons of BBQ sauce into the pot and make sure that the meat is evenly coated.
   4. Take the pot off of the stove.
   5. Save remaining BBQ sauce to top off the wraps, or even use it as a dipping sauce!
   6. Place a tortilla wrap on the chopping board, then put a scoop of the pulled pork onto it.
   7. Top with coleslaw cabbage on top as you like. Then you can top it all off with a bit more of that sauce.
   8. This step is optional but you can add on chopped green spring onions and cilantro for that extra special touch.
