Ingredients: 1/2 cup 120g milk kefir (homemade or store-bought); 1/2 cup 120g mayo (I use my avocado oil mayo); 1 clove fresh garlic; 1 teaspoon dried chives; Fresh black pepper; 1 teaspoon dill; 1 teaspoon parsley; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon onion powder; Juice of 1/4 of a lemon (or 1 drop of lemon essential oil)
