   Part 1: Make the Dough

   Soften the butter. (DO NOT MELT)

   Cream the butter.

   Add the rest of The Wets and combine.

   Add The Drys and combine.
5. 5.
   Once homogenous, add in The Chocolates and combine.

   When The Chocolates are incorporated to your liking, wrap the dough in plastic wrap, air-tight and vaguely ball-shaped.

   Refrigerate the dough overnight.

   Part 2: Bake Cookies

   Preheat the oven to 375°F.

   Remove plastic from the dough ball

    Divide the dough ball into 12 approximately equal parts and roll into balls.

    Equally space 6-8 dough balls on a baking sheet and place in the oven.

    Bake for 8-13 minutes (VARIES BY OVEN)

    Take the baking sheet out of the oven, then let the cookies rest for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

    Wait until the cookies are cool to enjoy.
